Isaak Manashirov is a founding partner of SMB Law. Prior to founding SMB Law with Steven M. Bundschuh and Kevin J. Stimpfl, Mr. Manashirov was an attorney in several respected New York City law firms. He has extensive litigation experience in the areas of subrogation, construction defect and property damage. Mr. Manashirov has been recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the fourth edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for his expertise in construction litigation. Further, Mr. Manashirov is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Manashirov is an experienced litigator in both New York State and Federal Courts. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Federal Courts sitting in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Manashirov specializes in the litigation of complex construction defect, product defect and property damage matters. He also handles insurance coverage and commercial claims; as well as, plaintiff subrogation matters.

Mr. Manashirov obtained his juris doctorate degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College; and his undergraduate degree from Molloy College where he majored in Psychology and Political Science.
