Steven M. Bundschuh is a founding partner of Stimpfl, Manashirov & Bundschuh, PLLC (“SMB Law”). Prior to founding SMB Law with Kevin Stimpfl and Isaak Manashirov, Mr. Bundschuh managed the construction defect and property damage department for a mid-sized insurance defense firm located in New York, New York. Mr. Bundschuh is an experienced litigator in both New York State and Federal Courts. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Federal Courts sitting in the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Bundschuh specializes in the litigation of complex construction defect, product defect and property damage matters. Mr. Bundschuh also handles insurance coverage and commercial claims; as well as, plaintiff subrogation matters. Mr. Bundschuh routinely handles matters pre-suit to ensure that adequate investigation and evidence preservation protocols are adhered to for client protection. Mr. Bundschuh also tries cases in New York State and Federal Courts; as well as, engages in appellate practice.

Mr. Bundschuh obtained his juris doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law with the Dean’s List distinction; and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and economics. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers.
