Mr. Mathew brings experience in personal injury and no-fault litigation. Before joining SMB Law, he assisted with case strategy, legal research, drafting, and litigation support. His background provides him with a practical understanding of the litigation process and the importance of careful case development from the earliest stages of a matter.

Mr. Mathew earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, he served as a Research Assistant, participated in the Business Start-Up Clinic, and served as Vice President of Finance for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the New York Institute of Technology, with concentrations in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Math, and Physics.

Mr. Mathew’s research, drafting, organizational, and communication skills support the Firm’s commitment to providing efficient, thorough, and results-driven representation in property damage, subrogation, and insurance coverage matters.

Outside the office, Mr. Mathew volunteers with local food pantries, where he has played an active role in supporting individuals and families in need.
