Paul Tumbleson is a highly experienced attorney with over 30 years of practice focused on subrogation matters involving property damage and construction defects. He represents clients in both prosecuting and defending complex claims, bringing a practical, results-oriented approach to every case.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Tumbleson spent 25 years with a national insurance carrier, where he handled its largest and most complex subrogation matters. He regularly litigated cases involving six- and seven-figure exposures, developing strategies to maximize recovery. This experience provides him with a deep understanding of carrier-side decision-making and a strategic advantage in both pursuing and defending subrogation claims.

Mr. Tumbleson is known for his ability to analyze technically complex issues, work effectively with experts, and drive cases toward efficient resolution. He is focused on achieving favorable outcomes while keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the process.

Mr. Tumbleson earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University, where he served on the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and previously served on its Council on Judicial Administration.
